INGREDIENTS:
1 Classic or Low Carb Wraps
1 ½ tbsp Mayonnaise
¾ cup Chopped cooked chicken
½ cup finely shredded cabbage
¼ avocado sliced into thin slices
1/3 cup shaved parmesan
1-2 rasher’s bacon cooked crispy and chopped
Brown Paper to be 2-4 cm larger in diameter than the unfolded tortilla/wrap
String, sticky tape or glad wrap to keep closed
* If using our larger Food Service 10in Sourdough Wraps, 10in Flour Tortillas, or GF Wraps, increase the ingredients slightly to allow for the large diameter. GF Wrap,s please ensure you follow special packet warming instructions and check that your ingredients are all GF.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Prep ingredients and have ready to build sandwich wrap(s)
Warm the tortilla/wrap(s) as per packet instructions. If making multiple sandwich wraps, then wrap the tortilla/wraps in a large **tea towel to keep them warm and pliable while building multiple sandwich wraps.
Lay the tortilla wrap flat onto the brown paper or baker’s paper and spread the mayo over the full tortilla wrap.
Add to the centre of the tortilla, wrap it in shredded cabbage, chopped cooked chicken, chopped bacon, parmesan cheese, and sliced avocado.
