INGREDIENTS:
3 medium Hass avocados, ripe (not overripe)
1 ½ cups sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 cups mayonnaise (Best Foods or Real Mayonnaise, non-sweet)
1 ½ tsp lime zest
¼ cup lime juice
1 ½ tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend Ingredients
Add all the ingredients to a blender or bullet.
Blend until smooth, scraping the sides down as needed.
Store & Serve
Avocado Crema can be made up to 8 hours ahead of time.
Refrigerate in an airtight container. To prevent browning, place a layer of plastic wrap over the top of the crema before sealing the container with its lid, ensuring no oxygen can get through.
