1 lime (juiced)

Salt & pepper to taste (~1/2 tsp each)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare the Avocados:
Cut the avocados lengthwise, ensuring the knife hits the seed carefully. Twist the seed out.
Score each avocado half into cubes while still in the skin.
Use a spoon to scoop the avocado cubes into a bowl.
Combine Ingredients:
Add the pickled jalapeños, red onion, Roma tomatoes, lime juice, and fresh coriander to the bowl with avocado.
Gently mix the ingredients, ensuring you don't mash or bruise the avocado cubes. The goal is to retain some of the cube shapes for texture.
Season:
Add salt and pepper to taste (~1/2 tsp each).
Tips:
Ensure the avocados are not overripe — they should have some firmness but not be fully hard. Hass avocados work best for this recipe.
