Ingredients:
1 Classic or Low Carb Wrap (or larger wraps, like Diego’s Food Service 10in Sourdough, Flour, or GF wraps)
1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
¾ cup chopped cooked chicken
½ cup finely shredded cabbage
¼ avocado, sliced into thin slices
1/3 cup shaved parmesan
1-2 rashers bacon, cooked crispy and chopped
Brown paper (2-4 cm larger in diameter than the unfolded tortilla/wrap)
String, sticky tape, or glad wrap to keep closed

Instructions:
Prep Ingredients:
Have all your ingredients ready to build the wrap(s). Warm the tortilla/wrap(s) as per the instructions on the packet.
If making multiple wraps, wrap the tortillas in a large tea towel to keep them warm and pliable.
Assemble the Wrap:
Lay the warm tortilla flat onto a piece of brown or baker’s paper.
Spread 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.
Add Fillings:
In the center of the tortilla, layer the following:
Shredded cabbage
Chopped cooked chicken
Chopped crispy bacon
Shaved parmesan
Sliced avocado
Fold and Roll the Wrap:
Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, leaving a little space between the folds.
Fold a small section of the bottom of the tortilla upwards to slightly cover the fillings.
Roll the tortilla upwards from the bottom, keeping the sides tucked in as you go.
Wrap the Sandwich:
Once fully rolled, wrap the brown paper around the wrap, following the same rolling technique.
To keep the wrap secure, use glad wrap, string, or sticky tape to close it.
