Ingredients:
1 Classic or Low Carb Wrap (or larger wraps like Diego’s Food Service 10in Sourdough, Flour, or GF wraps)
1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
1-2 tsp seeded mustard
25g each of sliced/shaved roast beef, sliced/shaved turkey, and sliced/shaved ham
*½ cup roughly chopped cos/romaine lettuce (rinse and pat dry)
3 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/3 cup grated cheese
½ dill pickle, sliced into ~½ cm rounds
Brown paper (2-4 cm larger than the unfolded tortilla/wrap)
String, sticky tape, or glad wrap to keep the wrap closed

Instructions:
Prep Ingredients:
Get all your ingredients ready and have them ready to assemble the sandwich wraps.
Warm the tortilla/wrap(s) as per the instructions on the packet. If making multiple wraps, wrap the tortillas in a large tea towel to keep them warm and pliable.
Assemble the Wrap:
Lay the warm tortilla flat onto a piece of brown or baker’s paper.
Spread 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise evenly over the whole tortilla.
Add the Fillings:
In the center of the tortilla, layer the following:
Chopped lettuce
Cut tomatoes
Sliced roast beef, turkey, and ham
Grated cheese
Sliced dill pickles
Spread 1-2 tsp seeded mustard along the outer edges of the tortilla.
Fold and Roll the Wrap:
Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, keeping them close but not touching.
Fold a small section from the bottom of the tortilla upwards to slightly cover the fillings.
Continue rolling the tortilla upwards, keeping the sides tucked in as you go, until it’s fully rolled.
Wrap the Sandwich:
Wrap the brown paper around the finished wrap, following the same rolling technique.
Secure the wrap with glad wrap, string, or sticky tape to keep it closed.
